Prince Mohammed bin Fahd for Young Women Leader Award


 Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Young Women Leaders Award is considered the first of its kind in the Kingdom. It constitute an important hub for every Saudi female leader who is seeking to achieve success. The prize is awarded to three young female leaders who have achieved excellence in their careers to become a role model to follow.

 

The award goals:

1.    Encouragement those who own creative and unique achievements among young women.
2.    Raise the culture of  leadership in the community.
3.    Empower young Saudi women  to take the initiative of having a prominent role in the community.


The Competition Conditions

Terms for the award nomination
1.    The candidate must be of a Saudi nationality.
2.    The candidate's  age must be between (18 – 30 ) year.
3.    The Candidate to have an individual or institutional  initiative or a project that significantly contributed in making a tangible  impact.

 

Winners of prince Mohammed bin Fahad young women leader award for 2013

First winner : Sarah Riyadh AlHumaidan

A student in prince Mohammed bin Fahad university, bachelor of computer engineering ,founder of (reading friends)with more than 50 thousand follower in the Arab world .Also, Sarah runs the leader café at prince Mohammed bin Fahad youth leader center .

 

Second winner : Sarah Abdulaziz

AlSalman Strategy planning director in a major company .founder of leadership development program and the supervisor of volunteer programs in yalla banat volunteering club in Riyadh .the leader of a computer project in universities. A participant in the youth dialogue forum of the ministry of foreign affaires.

 

Third winner : Ghada ghunaim AlGhunaim

PhD student in conflict analyses and resolution, founding member of the Saudi group for conflict resolution and peace- building .Founder of Saudis in USA an organization that support and assist Saudi students in the United states of America for more than 5 years .

Winners of Prince Mohammed bin Fahad young women leaders Award for 2012

The first winner / Latifa Al.Moaibed

She is actress of the International Federation of Medical Student Association in Saudi Arabia ( IFMSA-SA ) and she is responsible for the largest successful campaigns ( Give Life ) to raise awareness of organ donation, she support patients with organ failure and her interest is spreading a culture of volunteer.

 

The second winner / Anoud Al-Zahrani

One of the pioneering youth and leader of the cultural project, the CEO of " Read nation " Project, Formerly responsible in the United Nations Club and she is a member now, She is working in " EZZATI ESLAMI " volunteer team and in "AL IZZAH " leader Club.

 

The third winner / Hannen Abdulsalam

Demonstrator and large physician resident physicians in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Dammam for two consecutive years. She is a Member of the " Ba9mat Banat " Foundation which was founded in 1425 in the city of Jeddah and founded the Eastern Region Branch.

The first winner / Sara Alsaleem

Her most prominent achievements is the establishment of the Training Department in the World Assembly of Muslim Youth in Al-Ahsa district. One of the founders of the first theatrical girls group in the kingdom; in addition to being a partner and owner of Red Carpet company events and conferences management.

 

The second winner/ Laila Alnahdi

One of the pioneering youth; among her achievements preparing leaders through various initiative amongst it (Ezzati Islami )Forum, and has been one of the volunteers in the preparation team of Khawater program .

 

The third winner / Aljohara Albaker

An 18-years- old female that was the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the World Conference for young leaders in Washington. She also established a campaign to eradicate poverty locally. In addition, she established a book and photography club, and also chaired the Shoura Council of the high school girls.
